IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRATION
- Dentists may only book Friday Workshops in combination with a Saturday all-day ticket.
- Dental assistants may book either the full Friday assistants program, individual Team Workshops (no registration fee), and/or Saturday lectures.
- We ask all participants who are not ÖGK Members (for example ÖGZMK, DGZMK or. DGKIZ) to register as “Non-Members”.
- Online registration is possible from 01.11.2017 - 15.04.2018
- Complete the Registration Form and add (Framework program) (1) Get-Together and (2) Gala-Evening and (3) (Yoga) in case you want to be a part of one of these memorable Activities.
- Choose the form of payment: (1) Bank transfer after receipt of an Invoice, (2) Credit Card.
- Cancellation policy for the 7th Spring Symposium 2018:
- In case of cancellation from 19.03.2018 no congress fees will be refunded.
- If a substitute participant is named until April 15, 2018, an administration fee of EUR 20.- charged per person.
- We would like to inform you that an invitation letter can only be sent after receipt of the payment. This is mainly needed for visa and concerns of entry.
- Students are requested to send an enrollment confirmation or a copy of their student ID card to the registration office by e-mail.
- Opening times Registry:
- Friday: from 08:00 to 19:00
- Saturday: from 07:30 to 18:00
